Rest assured i will not reply because i am obedient. You shall get back to me as soon as details become available? So what do you call the details i wrote on my email? False details? If you were not a system then you could have easily pressed several buttons to check my account and PRESTO! Fast and swift action...but you are just a system and it will take ten years before a real person reads my complaint. By that time i would be so irate already and you would reply with another email saying "We are doing something...we are acting on your concern...etc etc etc"
